Ali Zafar was in Delhi to promote his film Total Siyapaa which will hit the theatres this week. The B-town hunk and his onscreen ladylove Yami Gautam have gone all out to create buzz around their romantic comedy. However, the extensive promotions and hectic schedule took a toll on Ali's health it seems.
