A quick flavourful salad with lapsi and fresh green garlic stalks and bulbs.
GREEN GARLIC TABBOULEH
Ingredients
1 cup broken wheat (lapsi) soaked for 2 hours and drained
2-3 tbsps chopped tomatoes
2-3 tbsps chopped spring onion bulbs
1 cup chopped green garlic stalks
2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsps lemon juice
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Method
1. Take broken wheat in a large bowl. Add tomatoes spring onion bulbs green garlic stalks extra virgin olive lemon juice salt and white pepper powder and mix till well combined.
2. Transfer in a serving bowl. Serve.
