Neither can we! 😉😉 That's why our #SugarFreeSundays special the 'Mango Sabza Sundae' is overflowing with luscious mango goodness and refreshing sabza seeds. The best part? It's entirely sugar-free making this ultimate summer treat guilt-free! 🍨🥭💘 MANGO SABZA SUNDAE ( Makes 1 sundae glass) Ingredients 1½ cups fresh mango pulp Chopped ripe mangoes as required 2 tbsps soaked basil seeds (sabza) 1½ cups fresh cream 1½ cups milk powder 17 measures Sugar Free Natura Dark chocolate sauce to drizzle Roasted and chopped almonds to sprinkle Roasted and chopped cashew nuts to sprinkle Method 1. Take fresh cream in a bowl. Add milk powder and whisk well. 2. Add mango pulp and Sugar Free Natura and mix well. 3. Transfer the mixture in airtight container and freeze for 8-10 hours. 4. Take a sundae glass add chopped mangoes at the base apply some dark chocolate sauce on the sides of the glass and drizzle some on top of mangoes. 5. Add a scoop of prepared ice cream and sprinkle almonds and cashew nuts on top. 6. Add half the soaked basil seeds and some more chopped mangoes. 7. Add 1½ more scoops of ice cream drizzle dark chocolate sauce add remaining basil seeds sprinkle some more cashew nuts and almonds on top. 8. Garnish with chopped mangoes and serve chilled.
