MARGARITA
Ingredients
Sea salt for rimming
1-2 lemon wedges
200ml tequila
80ml lemon juice
120ml simple syrup
120ml orange liquor
Ice cubes as required
Lemon slices for garnish
Method
1. Coarsely crush the salt on a plate. Rim individual glass with some lemon wedge. Press it over the crushed salt.
2. Pour the tequila in a glass. Add lemon juice simple syrup orange liquor and ice cubes and shake it well for a few seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with lemon slice. Serve immediately.
